Member schools will need to
- Be a Tennessee K–12 school operating under state law
- Be a nonprofit organization in good standing
- Maintain a published nondiscrimination policy
- Share a current tuition and fee schedule
- Sign a memorandum of understanding with TENNISSA
- Confirm scholarship students' enrollment each term
